Explanation of Rental Process
1) Be sure to have clear scans or pics of the following items: driver’s license or state ID, employment verification (two recent pay stubs, offer letter, etc.), student aid and public aid. Also have ready your credit or debit card in order to make payment of our non-refundable $39.95 processing fee.
2) Each adult in your party should complete our application. You have two options:

3) We will run a credit, employment, eviction and rental background check.
4) The landlord will base their decision on your application packet.
5) Upon approval, we will set a time to meet the landlord to: sign the lease, provide the security deposit and 1st month’s rent and coordinate the move-in.
